Sleep

Struggling to move, I hear things or people, it's life, moving on without me. I am sleep but I am awake. I can hear but I can't see and I cant move sleep is holdin me captive. Stuck between a dream and reality. My breathing slowed by anxiety. I hear someone call and my baby toe twitches my heart it races but still I stay in darkness and I am frozen by sleep. How can I escape this weight that keeps me out of the race. How did I find myself in this state. Awake but still sleeping.......
